§40-142.4. Legislative intent.

It is the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that the State Board of Career and Technology Education develop curriculum for the training of technicians for the installation and conversion of engines to be fueled by alternative fuels as the technologies are developed. It is further the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature that Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology-Okmulgee develop curriculum for the training of technicians for the installation, service, modification, repair or renovation of fill stations.
It is further the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature to enact legislation which promotes the development of technology in a manner that ensures the health and safety of the citizens of this state.
