§37A-2-134. Additional hours license.

The ABLE Commission may issue an additional hours license to the holder of a caterer, public event or special event license. The additional hours license shall authorize the holder thereof to sell, dispense or serve alcoholic beverages from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Added by Laws 2016, c. 366, § 46, eff. Oct. 1, 2018.
NOTE: Laws 2016, c. 366, was conditionally effective upon passage of State Question No. 792, Legislative Referendum No. 370, which was adopted at election held on Nov. 8, 2016.
