STATISTICAL DATA COLLECTION
As used in Sections 19 and 20 of this act, “designated statistical agent” means an organization designated or contracted with by the Commissioner pursuant to Section 19 of this act. Added by Laws 2003, c. 390, § 18, eff. July 1, 2003.
