§36-6660. Promulgation of rules.

The Commissioner may promulgate rules consistent with the provisions of the Vehicle Protection Product Act as are necessary to implement them. Such rules shall include disclosures for the benefit of the warranty holder, record-keeping, and procedures for public complaints. These rules may also include the conditions under which surplus lines insurers may be rejected for the purpose of underwriting vehicle protection product warranty agreements. Added by Laws 2008, c. 353, § 12, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
