Subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of subsection C of Section 9.1 of Title 23 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall not apply to any cause of action brought under the Managed Health Care Reform and Accountability Act. Added by Laws 2000, c. 163, § 6, eff. July 1, 2000.
