§36-6591. Short title - Declaration of necessity.

A. Sections 1 through 6 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Managed Health Care Reform and Accountability Act".
B. The Legislature hereby declares that the public good and the general welfare of the citizens of this state require the enactment of this measure under the police power of the state as part of and in furtherance of the regulation of the business of insurance. Added by Laws 2000, c. 163, § 1, eff. July 1, 2000.
