The health carrier against which a request for a standard external review or an expedited external review is filed shall pay the cost of the independent review organization for conducting the external review. Added by Laws 2011, c. 278, § 50 and Laws 2011, c. 360, § 40. NOTE: Laws 2011, c. 278, § 50 and Laws 2011, c. 360, § 40 added identical sections under the same number.
