§36-6470.31.1. Combination of assets.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of subsection B of Section 6470.29 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, a sponsored captive insurance company may combine the assets of two or more protected cells for purposes of investing those assets. Such a combination of assets may not be construed as defeating the segregation of assets required by this act, or for accounting or other purposes. Added by Laws 2013, c. 41, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 2013.
