Any insurer who intentionally or knowingly refuses to release, provide or hold in confidence any information required by this act to be released, provided, or held in confidence is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Laws 1979, c. 147, § 6.
