§36-6151. Unfair trade practices and fraud.

Article 12 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes relating to unfair trade practices and frauds shall apply to prepaid dental plan organizations, except to the extent the Commissioner may determine that particular provisions of said article shall not apply to prepaid dental plan organizations. Added by Laws 1983, c. 66, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 1983.
