The Insurance Commissioner may promulgate reasonable rules necessary to carry out the provisions of Sections 6103.1 through 6103.11 of this title. Added by Laws 1994, c. 294, § 20, eff. Sept. 1, 1994. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 418, § 111, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
