§36-6101. Joinder of companies to issue supplemental coverage -

Approval - Rules and regulations.
Individual insurance companies transacting business in Oklahoma and engaged in the sale and issuance of accident and health or hospitalization insurance may, and are hereby authorized to form an association for the apportionment among such companies of applicants for policies of insurance granting coverage supplemental in nature to the benefits granted by Medicare. Any such proposed plan of association shall be subject to the approval of the Insurance Commissioner, and all forms of policies, endorsements, and other forms shall be approved by the Insurance Commissioner prior to use or issuance in Oklahoma.
The Insurance Commissioner may promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary or proper to carry out the provision of this act. Laws 1969, c. 81, § 1, emerg. eff. March 18, 1969.
