§36-4801. Scope of article.

A. This article shall not apply to vehicle insurance, casualty insurance or inland marine insurance, nor to reinsurance.
B. The standard fire insurance policy provided for herein shall not be required for
(1)vehicle insurance,
(2)casualty insurance,
(3)inland marine insurance, as defined in Section 705, Article 7,
(4)ocean marine insurance,
(5)insurance on growing crops, or
(6)in effecting reinsurance between insurers. Laws 1957, p. 401, § 4801.
