§36-4428. Investment of life care community policy funds.

Any funds received pursuant to a life care community policy shall be invested only in assets enumerated in Section 1607 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1989, c. 107, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 1989.
