§36-4077. Information required to be submitted to Insurance

Commissioner.
Except as otherwise required by this act, a qualified charitable organization shall not be required to submit information to the Insurance Commissioner except as necessary to determine any penalties pursuant to Section 10 of this act. Added by Laws 1998, c. 141, § 7, emerg. eff. April 21, 1998.
