Sections 4030.2 through 4030.13 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the “Standard Nonforfeiture Law for Individual Deferred Annuities”. Added by Laws 2000, c. 353, § 16, eff. Nov. 1, 2000. Amended by Laws 2004, c. 274, § 12, eff. July 1, 2004.
