§36-350. Electronic format filing requirement.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law that requires a particular form and associated payment to be filed with the Insurance Department in paper form, or to be mailed or hand- delivered to the Insurance Department, the Insurance Commissioner may, by appropriate order, require that all filings of that specific type be filed or delivered in an electronic format. Electronic filings shall include payment of any transaction, filing, or other applicable fees. Added by Laws 2014, c. 275, § 4, eff. Nov. 1, 2014. Amended by Laws 2024, c. 345, § 10, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
