§36-2913. Deposit in lieu of bond.

In lieu of such bond, the attorney may maintain on deposit with the State Treasurer through the office of the Insurance Commissioner a like amount in cash or in value of securities qualified under this Code as insurers' investments, and subject to the same conditions as the bond. Laws 1957, p. 357, § 2913.
