§36-2903. Scope of article; existing insurers.

A. All authorized reciprocal insurers shall be governed by those sections of this article not expressly made applicable to domestic reciprocals only.
B. To the extent not modified by the provisions of this article, reciprocal insurers shall be subject to and governed by the other applicable provisions of this Code.
C. Existing authorized reciprocal insurers shall after the effective date of this Code comply with the provisions of this article, and shall make such amendments to their subscribers' agreement, power of attorney, policies and other documents and accounts and perform such other acts as may be required for such compliance. Laws 1957, p. 354, § 2903.
