§36-2691.12. Relationship of chiropractor and patient.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed to alter the statutory relationship of chiropractor and patient which has heretofore been established. No chiropractic service corporation shall in any way attempt to influence the subscriber in his free choice of a chiropractor other than to limit its benefit to properly licensed
chiropractors of the State of Oklahoma who are in good standing with the Board of Chiropractic Examiners of Oklahoma. Nothing in this article shall be deemed to abridge the right of any chiropractor to decline patients in accordance with the standards of practices of such chiropractor; and no such corporation shall be deemed to be engaged in the corporate practice of chiropractic. Laws 1979, c. 71, § 12.
