§36-2667. Conflicting laws.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to supersede the provisions of Title 59, Oklahoma Statutes 1961, Sections 581 through 592, inclusive, 601 through 606, inclusive, and 941 through 947, inclusive, or as the same may be hereafter amended. In the event of the conflict of any of the provisions of this act with any of the above-cited sections then such cited section shall take precedence over this act and this act shall be construed accordingly. Laws 1968, c. 150, § 17, emerg. eff. April 9, 1968.
