Corporations organized under this act shall be mutual corporations and every person who holds a contract with the corporation shall be a member of the corporation and shall be entitled to one or more votes based upon the number of contracts held, and such members may vote in person or by proxy. Laws 1968, c. 150, § 8, emerg. eff. April 9, 1968.
