§36-2206. Minimum reserves and surplus.

The total of the reserves and surplus of a trust organized under the Oklahoma Medical Professional Liability Trusts Act, in excess of the amount necessary to support the trust’s retention, must equal or exceed forty percent (40%) of a range of values that makes reasonable provision for losses and loss expenses. Added by Laws 2004, c. 368, § 63, eff. July 1, 2004.
