No life insurance company doing business in the State of Oklahoma shall charge a fee in excess of ten percent (10%) on any agent's renewals collected by said life insurance company. Added by Laws 1984, c. 173, § 2, emerg. eff. May 7, 1984. Renumbered from § 1424.1 of this title by Laws 2001, c. 156, § 35, eff. Nov. 1, 2001.
