§36-1435.27. Facsimile signature stamp as proof.

If an insurance producer or insurance producers choose to use a facsimile signature stamp in their business, such stamp shall be proof that the producer or producers have authorized the signing of any documents relating to the business of insurance. Added by Laws 2001, c. 156, § 27, eff. Nov. 1, 2001.
