Property and casualty insurers and advisory board or advisory organizations shall make loss runs or claims history available to current and former policyholders within thirty
(30)days upon a written request by the policyholder. Added by Laws 2007, c. 125, § 8, eff. July 1, 2007. Amended by Laws 2010, c. 222, § 23, eff. Nov. 1, 2010.
