§36-1100. Short title - Purpose and effect.

A. Sections 1100 through 1120 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be known and may be cited as the "Unauthorized Insurers and Surplus Lines Insurance Act".
B. The purpose and effect of the Unauthorized Insurers and Surplus Lines Insurance Act shall relate back to the effective date of implementation of the Nonadmitted and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010. Added by Laws 2011, c. 278, § 4 and Laws 2011, c. 360, § 4. Amended by Laws 2012, c. 45, § 1, emerg. eff. April 16, 2012. NOTE: Laws 2011, c. 278, § 4 and Laws 2011, c. 360, § 4 created identical new sections in Title 36.
