§30-2-115. Limitation of discharge by court.

A guardian of a minor appointed by a court is not entitled to his discharge until one
(1)year after the majority of the ward unless the court determines that the minor has earlier validly released said guardian after a final accounting. R.L. 1910, § 3341.
