§29-8-104. Resolution penalty provision.

It shall be a misdemeanor to violate any Commission rule or regulation promulgated by the Commission under the authority granted in this Code. Any person so violating shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty
(30)days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Laws 1974, c. 17, § 8-104, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974.
