§29-6-305. Stocking of private ponds.

A. The Department may stock fish in privately owned ponds only so long as no fish are illegally taken therefrom or marketed by the owner or with his knowledge or consent.
B. All owners of private ponds, their agents, employees or others who are convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Laws 1974, c. 17, § 6-305, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974.
