§29-4-137. Controlled hunt choice fees.

In addition to any other fees authorized by law, the Department of Wildlife Conservation is authorized to impose a fee of not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) per controlled hunt choice pursuant to rules promulgated by the Department. Added by Laws 2001, c. 203, § 1, emerg. eff. May 8, 2001. Amended by Laws 2018, c. 123, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2018.
