§26-9-115. Notice of testing of voting devices.

Not less than ten
(10)days prior to the testing of the voting devices for any partisan election, the secretary of the county election board shall mail a notice to the county chair of each political party stating the time and place the voting devices will be tested for the election and stating a time at which one representative of each political party shall be afforded an opportunity to see that the voting devices are in proper condition for use in the election. The representatives may observe the testing of the voting devices but shall not interfere with the employees or assume any of their duties.
