Application of section.
When a recount is initiated, all ballots in the precinct involved must be counted, and neither party to the recount shall be allowed to terminate the recount process until all such ballots have been recounted. This provision shall apply to all elections. Added by Laws 1987, c. 86, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1987.
