§26-7-119. Manner of voting.

The voter shall vote by marking the ballot as prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board for the party of his choice or for the candidates of his choice or for the answer he desires to select on each question. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 7-119, operative Jan. 1, 1975; Laws 1991, c. 321, § 19, eff. March 1, 1992.
