§26-7-108.2. Exit poll pollster - Identification.

Any person conducting an exit poll within three hundred
(300)feet of any ballot box, hereinafter referred to as "pollster", shall display identification prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board at all times he is conducting the poll. The identification shall be provided to the pollster by the secretary of the county election board. Added by Laws 1987, c. 126, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1987.
