§26-7-102. Supplies and ballots provided by State Election Board.

Prior to the day of any Primary, Runoff Primary or General Election, it shall be the duty of the State Election Board to provide for each county election board the supplies and ballots required by law to conduct the election. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 7-102, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
