§26-6-119. Ballots for educational purposes.

It shall be unlawful to print or distribute ballots, or duplicates thereof, except as authorized by law; provided, however, that for educational purposes, the contents of said ballots may be reproduced in sizes of at least twenty percent (20%) smaller than or twenty percent (20%) larger than the official ballots and provided further than such reproductions must bear the words "FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY". Laws 1974, c. 153, § 6-119, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
