§26-6-117. Sample ballots.

Sample ballots for all elections conducted by any county election board shall be prepared as prescribed by the Secretary of the State Election Board and the words "Sample Ballot" shall be printed on the face of the ballot. Sample ballots shall be printed in a sufficient number to be used at each precinct polling place and as otherwise provided by law. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 6-117, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
