§26-6-113. Ballots for state questions.

Ballots for state questions shall be printed in such a manner as to include the number of the state question, the ballot title, and the following language, "SHALL THE PROPOSAL BE APPROVED?" followed
by the words "FOR THE PROPOSAL - YES" and "AGAINST THE PROPOSAL - NO", one above the other. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 6-113, Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 1991, c. 321, § 14, eff. March 1, 1992; Laws 1997, c. 176, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
