§26-3-112. Instruction materials for precinct officials.

The Secretary of the State Election Board, for each statewide election, shall cause the officials of each precinct to be provided with instructional materials for conducting the election. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 3-112, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 491, § 16, eff. Nov. 1, 2019.
