§26-22-106. Reason for failure to count to be noted.

In a declared election emergency, if a ballot or part of a ballot is not counted for any reason, a counter shall write said reason on the back of said ballot, and sign said statement. Added by Laws 1991, c. 321, § 46, eff. March 1, 1992.
