§26-2-127. Duties of precinct officials.

Precinct officials shall perform such duties as may be prescribed by law. The Secretary of the State Election Board may prescribe procedures regarding the duties of precinct officials. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 2-127, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 491, § 5, eff. Nov. 1, 2019.
