§26-2-119. Appropriations to county election boards.

In addition to the salary paid the secretary and assistant secretary of chief clerk, it shall be the mandatory duty of the county excise board to appropriate annually adequate funds for operating expenses of the county election board in the discharge of its duties and responsibilities. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 2-119, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
