The State Election Board shall have the authority to remove any chair, vice-chair or any alternate member of any county election board at any time. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 2-114, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2011, c. 183, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2011.
