The Secretary of the State Election Board is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with the secretary, assistant secretary, chief clerk or other personnel of a county election board, or other persons with similar qualifications, for such purposes as conducting inspections of county election boards, training and other functions which he deems necessary. Added by Laws 1986, c. 270, § 3, operative July 1, 1986.
