§26-16-114. Failure to perform duty.

Any member or employee of a county election board, absentee voting board or any precinct official who willfully fails to perform his or her lawful duty shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 16-114, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2019, c. 491, § 30, eff. Nov. 1, 2019.
