§26-16-112. Intoxicating liquors.

Any person who takes intoxicating liquors of any kind or quantity to within one-half (1/2) mile of any polling place on an election day shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Laws 1974, c. 153, § 16-112, operative Jan. 1, 1975.
