§26-16-110. Misdemeanors.

Any person deemed guilty of a misdemeanor under provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, be confined to the county jail for not more than one
(1)year, or fined not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or both. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 16-110, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 2010, c. 176, § 8, eff. Jan. 1, 2011.
