§26-16-101. Felony offenses.

Any person deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense under the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, be confined as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21
of the Oklahoma Statutes, or fined not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or both. Added by Laws 1974, c. 153, § 16-101, operative Jan. 1, 1975. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 133, § 441, eff. July 1, 1999; Laws 1999, 1st Ex.Sess., c. 5, § 325, eff. July 1, 1999; Laws 2010, c. 176, § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2011; Laws 2025, c. 486, § 478, eff. Jan. 1, 2026.
