§26-13A-102. Conduct of elections pursuant to this article.

Unless otherwise provided by law, all elections for every school district and technology center school district shall be conducted in accordance with provisions of this article. Added by Laws 1988, c. 296, § 3, eff. June 1, 1990. Amended by Laws 2001, c. 33, § 26, eff. July 1, 2001.
